All Army Template stats mean something, but what's sometimes far more important, are the unseen knock-on effects, most of the stats have, elsewhere in the battle.
For example, a panzer division needs X amount of supply, and if we're short, the division will run low on fuel - this is obvious - but the panzer division will also begin to suffer organisational penalties, so it's a double whammy. This complex inter-relationship between all the stats is what makes Hearts if Iron 4 such fun, and why 2 games are never alike, with no 1-size-fits-all solution to an easy win.
