You know what sucks... being a hoi player since hoi1 and bought played thousands of hours over all games, no fucking way I'm paying for dlc on any games ever. The only way to stop this crap and have developers release a finished game and not cash in on their fans taking the piss is by not partaking. I'm happy with hoi4 vanilla as much as one can be. Being a man of principle is a double edged sword. Atleast there are mods and I find those to be the best aspect of mixing up hoi4 to keep me coming back. Thankyou to the mod community.

You need waking the tiger to form nations like the eu, grand Columbia and some more if you dont have the specific dlc like if you dont have no step back but you have waking the tiger you can still form united Baltics polish-lithuainia

Its amazing how paradox can force down your throat dlcs for 39 euros and with almost no content.
