@@thatrandomguyontheinternet2477 from what I know, it's almost impossible to avoid a fiscal crisis from two of the warlords, that being Komi in the Zhadnov path (where you're essentially just delaying the crisis as your debt baloons) and Omsk's Black League, who would've thunk revenge isn't enough to sustain an economy? Otherwise, you kinda just need to keep the spending low, do the economic growth decisions and focuses whenever possible, and you should be able to avoid an economic crisis

I don't know what changed in 1.9.1, but it's really hard to actually level up the Military Companies - in a 30y game I've only managed to get a handful of traits in, and thats after endlessly using the same company to research and produce equipment.
