well, by the way, in reality, this could help the AXIS a lot, since because of Turkey, the battle for Stalingrad would have been, if not lost, at least the thousandth army of Friedrich Pauls aryatli would have been captured, although Sasma Turkey would have advanced deeply and the accession of Spain would have made it very difficult to carry out the Normandy landings and Spanish reserves it would be quite possible, if not to throw into the sea, then to keep the Allied forces (but in the end I don't think that this would play such a huge role that the AXIS countries won, but it could drag out the war for a couple of years, that's for sure)

the 2 countries which would have changed the war the most for the axis are specifically spain and turkey. if gibraltar was lost to spain, the uk's line from the altantic and north sea would be cut, effectively stopping them from supplying the meditteranean for a bit, losing africa to the axis. and if turkey joined the war the battle for the caucasus would almost surely be won, making the future of the soviet union unsure, and in the worst case scenario could have lead to their collapse.

same thing would happen, turkey doesnt have a border with axis so they would have to attack them by landing, but they cant win against italian and german fleet, United Kingdom would still fall because turks did not play much role in it, also they dont have much troops and most of the troops are bad so 30 soldiers in soviet - axis border would change nothing.

if japan switched territory and ideologies with uk then japan will act like UK without proper focus tree and UK will act like japan without proper focus tree the UK will invade china, southeast asia and USA (oh wow!! wouldn't it be better if the UK focus tree is focused in asia?? oh wait there is something called JAPAN) japan will fight against the axis and barely survives on an island. The us would later use japan as the launching ground for d-day. (oh wow!!! wouldnt it be better if japan have a focus tree focused on europe??? oh wait there is something called UK)

Turkey had a genius commanders at these time. In Turkish Independence war they beat up bigger armies. And in these years Turkey had Modernised army. Also Spain could prevent the D-day on the west

They could have. On paper they don't add much to the Axis, but their strategic locations are very useful. Spain would immediately take Gibraltar and cut-off the Allied fleet from the Mediterranean, this would save Italy's ass on the short term and give a significant advantage to the Axis on the North African front. The Suez canal would become the only viable way for the Allies in and out of the Mediterranean, with a stronger Axis on the West and a Turkey in the East, it would be possible that the Axis in this timeline would be able to shut the Mediterranean sea completely out of the Allied fleet. Turkey would also be able to strike the USSR through the south during Barbarossa and sieze the Caucasus oil fields, this was exactly the German goal with Fall Blau and the only hope of Axis survival in the long run. With Turkey on the Axis it would be possible to see an Axis victory on the eastern front, or at least a stalemate. It would then come down to the Western front. The American invasion of Italy would never happen, and Italy would be in a much stronger position. Invading Spain would be suicidal, the Spanish terrain is very harsh and the population would be very hostile, so Normandy would still be their best bet. So the question would be, could the Anglophone allies be able to pull off a successful D-day against a Germany which would have their Mediterranean front safe and covered a considerably easier Eastern Front, 100Milion more population and access to A LOT more fuel supplies. I can see a Galipoli 2.0 and the Western allies losing enough heart to tap out or resort to nukes. But nukes would not break Germany. They only broke Japan because Japan was literally already completely broken. If the Allies nuked Germany, it would only incentivize the Germans to develop their own nukes, which they could if given enough time and motivation. If the Axis were able to develop and use their nukes effectively it would be over. Both sides would be forced to agree to peace or it would lead to mutual destruction.
