You should use the realistic nuke mod. Makes nukes semi useful. Also makes it possible to completely depopulate states.

Like the term nuking someone is used for when you just utterly destroy an opponent with one or a few actions. I get that they're trying to keep it somewhat balanced and keeping nukes from being OP and the end all be all. But my counter is, that's literally what nukes are IRL. They are literally the most destructive weapon in humanities arsenal. The only way to balance nukes to where it makes sense would just be to remove them, but you can't because HOI 4 is a freaking WW2 game, so just let them be OP.

The thing with nukes is, besides using them as tactical nukes, they only really reduce war support. So for nukes to he useful, war support should have amore direct effect like either affecting division damage/defense or changing the surrenderlimit. The later would actually make pretty much sense
