Hoju Martial Arts Arnis Demo 2021

Big shout out to Master Josh and the team at Hoju Martial Arts for inviting me to take part in the 2021 Midyear Taekwondo Grading day this year to show casing some fundamentals he has been learning with a short demonstration with one of my advanced intermediate students.
