If the whole 'Garuda is using Ying Zheng moveset' thing becomes reality, then we MAY not get Wu Zetian and she gets replaced with someone else (not Ilumia, maybe). Why? Some ppl say that the Garuda situation was caused by 'Chinese people protesting that the global version can get Loong/Ao Yin without depending on gacha, while Chinese server requires gacha.' The Loong part is actually true, and Wu Zetian has the most severe gacha requirement. But you need to be skeptic because ppl will make things up from their butts to create more tension between CN and global server, or HOK and AOV. For what, I don't know for sure, but I can guess they're being salty and not using their brain when things don't go their way or they don't get their premium treatment.
