This was AMAZING to watch! Such smart decisions in the midst of playing! Witzel & Sova are both lefties, but Sova is quite tall and thus their hockey sticks are different lengths. Witzel knew how essential it was to the team for Sova to have a stick to defend near the net, and thus he gave his stick to Sova. Then, without his stick he kept a lot, lot, lot of defensive pressure on the opponent's offense! Wowza! Top that off with the bolt to the other end to score a goal very unexpectedly! What a game!

Sick goal, but he played the body on the d man twice resulting in being caught and leaving a shooter in the slot open for clear shots twice, Hard work, long shift without a stick and a great goal. But he should have cause a goal against by making bad decisions. The d man’s job is to draw him out. He went every time. Last thing he should be doing is playing the body after the puck is gone. Extremely lucky the Marksman power play was terrible.
