We kick of Hoku’s episode with one of the coolest songs we’ve had on our show. This is the first time we’ve ever had a koto on our show. It’s traditional Japanese instrument that looks impossible to play. Next Ku'u Pua Sakura was written by Hoku to honor his mom by using her favorite flowers (sakura and pikake) as the inspiration for this song. To top it off his mom joins Hoku to dance as he performs the song.
