Your Social Action appears to be working a lot better now the numbers of socially aware people are rising, keep up the good work, I fear the attitudes will slip easily with such a conveniently stubborn society, especially in poor weather. I am surprised the authorities do not make it more clear where everyday car exclusion zones are, and which emergency circumstances are required to be there. It is interesting how the varieties of civil infrastucture in different countries affects the way people use and abuse the space. In some cities in Australia we have whole mid-city blocks excluded with barriers from everyday traffic and parking, deliveries and trams excepted, if you enter when you shouldn't it is an instant ticket, people know and respect. We have trams in the centre of the road which must be kept clear and double as the emergency lane, our footpath width only just copes with foot traffic, so no room for bicycles in many cases, in some places there are bicycle lanes that are incomplete at intersections where bicycles and vehicle are brought towards collision. It is a constantly evolving process to cater for each user groups space requirements, paid for by memorable fines.

That's why the first interaction he makes is to notify the drivers of their mistake. It starts to escalate when the drivers become obstinate in their ability to drive on the sidewalk.
@santiago2507115 жыл бұрын
@@FreeSalesTips I know, But it's good to see they don't cut the friendly people from the video (because it's less exciting). Maybe some of the drivers learn from it, Because some drivers make a complete fool out of themselves.
@FreeSalesTips5 жыл бұрын
@@santiago250711 That's exactly the point. The drivers who are polite and admit to their rudeness simply apologise and return back onto the road. The rude drivers are shown to the world about the person that they really are. Their friends, family and co-workers all get to see "that asshole who drives on the sidewalk".

there's a better way to take the stickers off. turn the heater on to full heat, maximum blower air and full defrost so that hot air heats the windshield up and weakens the glue. leave the heater that way for a while. that way the sticker will come off in one piece, rather than tearing the paper. or better still don't drive on the side walk to begin with.

Two weeks ago I was riding my bike on the sidewalk (legally here) and a repair shop had 6 cars parked on the sidewalk, our sidewalks are about 2 meters wide. I could not get past and said “this is why it’s illegal to park on the sidewalk. The shop owner started telling me to go ride on another street. I told him I can ride on that street all I want so he pulled out a machete and was yelling at me. I finally got around the illegally parked cars and went to work. I work for the city parking Enforcment. Within 2 hours each car got a ticket ($250) and was towed. Towed cars here start out at $165 and $69 per day. The next day he got another customers car parked on the sidewalk and that one was towed in an hour. Long story short, it cost him big money and he learned not to open his mouth at people on the sidewalk.
