It seems like Thailand is undergoing a massive construction wave and I don't mean the usual shopping malls and condos. Every time I go to a new town be it an island or city they're adding new restaurants and hotels, boutique shops. From what I can tell the buildings are meant to cater to a bit more to western crowds than tourists in the surrounding regions.

If he's Swedish then yes...Conscription. They teach their men how to fight..They usually have guns hidden away too..In Sweden! I'm English and although i would've got PTSD. I think they need to select certain kids for conscription here. By certain i mean close scrutiny including police records and family background. But even then..Closer scrutiny. (LOVE) So many sad stories.. But the 3rd Richest country in the World has no money for it!
