I would be using that den as my sewing and crafting room as well. Once long ago when I was looking for a place to purchase and I told the agent I needed a room for sewing. So she wanted to show me this place and was so excited about it. Then we got to an over-sized closet and she said "what do you think", and I was, "about what". For your sewing room!" Obviously she didn't understand that I literally meant a room, like that den!

You don't have to get the house with all the upgrades as it is shown here to where it is too expensive for you. Instead of getting the stainless steel appliances package, you can get the white or black appliance packages, which will bring the price down a lot, plus go with the cheaper finishings in the bathrooms instead of what is shown here, especially in the guest Bathrooms, you can always go to Lowe's or Home Depot to get nice inexpensive finishings to put in those Bathrooms that looks just as good, for me I would definitely eliminate the sink in the Utility Room, because I don't need one in there. So there are a lot of things you can opt out to where the price is not as steep!

I don't know where you bought your home from, but I know for a fact & seen it for myself just how much less expensive a house will be when the sink or a cubby caddy, is removed from an utility room, everytime my family I go to Va. to visit my family we lot hop from lot to lot, looking at the beautiful displays of homes that the lot offers & I know for a fact that it was at least $100-$250 cheaper, but since the pandemic I haven't been to Va. in a year. I know exactly what a sink is used for in the utility room, I already have one here in my condo in NY & I never ever used it not once. So, therefore I will not need a sink in my utility room at all, I would rather have that space to use for whatever I want.

Well, Chance, you finally did it! My family and I love our Solitaire home. In fact, the middle floor plan of this house is very similar. So, in the beginning of the video I'm thinking, "Ok, I like it so far, but let's see how the rest of the house compares to mine". I really didn't see a great deal of difference...at first... then we came to the mud room and I (audibly) said "OMYGOODNESS!" It is set up a lot like mine, but this one has so much more open room! I know some ppl couldn't care less about a large utility room, but that is the one thing I really wish I had gotten with my house. As the tour continued, I was still on a high from the laundry room! Then, we get to the master. It's nice. Again, a lot like mine. Similar bedroom and closet, but the master bath literally took my breath away! The tub and that walk-in shower, the whole room...! I have no words! As I said in the beginning, you finally did it. You made me envious of another home! I didn't think it was possible, but this one did it!

I love this house it has everything! I really like the master bath, no wasted space. Nice windows throughout. The fireplace & French doors are awesome. I also like where the utility room is & that there is another door at the far end. Too many of these large beautiful homes miss on this. I too have asked. Main thing is can the doorways be made wider. My wheelchair needs that space. I can stand for a few moments so I don't mind anything else. I would order and pay the extra for a walk in tub or shower.

Yes you certainly can get wheel chair accessible homes with wider doorways, bars by the toilets and walk in tubs. They’ll even leave the bottom cabs off at the bathroom sinks so you can roll right up to the counter. I have had one built for a customer and it doesn’t add much to the price tag

We almost bought this same house before building our home. Based on what it cost me to build my home and the time it took this deer valley house is the better option. The only set back with any mobile or modular home is the foundation. My home is certified for 225mph where as Deer Valley was only certified for 150mph

Hey yall its me listen the bushes in the front and the pink flowers had me at Alright Now and that dining room is nice Honestly that microwave to low but I like the kitchen too but yall got me hooked on farmhouse sinks That bathroom was very nice I think getting up for school would go smooth in and out Maaannnnn that Den/Family room was AWESOME👌definitely a 60in TV in there Come on Zoom to the other side of the house👏👏 This house def in the top 8
