I really like how that third bath is attached to a bedroom and it's also convenient if you're coming in from the back yard. It is perfect for guests. Guests don't have to use the kid's bath.

My Aunt has a Deer Valley home like this. It's a beautiful home, of great quality. She went with dark cabinets and appliances. I'm liking the white a lot better. Great home Chance!

Chance, Jeff and I think after all the videos of houses we have watched over the last couple years that most manufacturers need to step up the outside aesthetic of their homes. Most have the same look with few variations. That being said, we really like this home. I would make the front room a library with cozy couches. The kitchen island is nice and big for those of us that love to cook. The pantry is fantastic. I would put a vintage stained glass window on the pantry wall that faces the family room. That would let in natural light for the pantry and look very pretty. I would add windows to the two "guest" baths as well. I have a thing about bathrooms with no windows. As always we love your tours. Thank you.

Absolutely love this floorplan. It's like Deer Valley has been reading the comments on your walkthroughs cause they hit it out the park with this one. I probably would upgrade that fireplace. Gas or wood doesn't matter as long as it ain't electric. Another winter storm like we had earlier this year, a fireplace that works without electricity will come in handy.

Hi Chance I like the size of this home. The windows are really nice. The pantry is so nice in the kitchen. Definitely deserved the pantry dance. The den in this house is perfect. Love the fireplace . Great room to use as a family room. And game and tv room. The bedrooms are a good size as are the closets. I like the bedroom with its own bath too. The flooring is really nice in this home too. The main bath is so attractive, especially the tub and shower. Love the master closet, lots of room for all your clothes and shoes and sweaters. Really great home. I’m with you on how the windows are trimmed out to match the vinyl. It gives it a clean look! Nice entry into the living room. Me thinks me sees a pantry in the kitchen!💃🏼🕺🏼‼️ I was right! Now, I like the den. Just wished that fireplace was a real wood/gas burning fireplace. This would be a good home for a large family. Or a family with grandparents that lives with them, visiting friend/family member. Nice master suite! That shower is like a spa!

I like this model. It has good space allocation. I would ad those Ikea closets to the bedroom for additional space, of course. These types of homes never have enough storage space for hobbies, etc. I imagine you can add a storage shed on site with a minisplit. I like the third full bath feature.
