might want to consider a guard over the wiper motor to keep water out of it those motors dont like being exposed to weather

The factory motors are ok ,you just need to keep them sealed and lubed .

I used a VT-VZ wiper motor and it parks in a different position. Every time don’t know what I did wrong

Pretty common problem even with standard wiper motors when you take the wiper arms off. I’d suggest taking the wiper arms off and adjusting them on the spline to correct it.

Using ford xf wiper in normal location will work.
