For people that do not believe in Acupressure. My aunt's Dachshund at 12 years old lost it's ability to use it's back legs. She took him to the vet and that vet said he would never be able to walk again and suggested putting him down. She said she was not ready to do that yet. Her friend told her to go to this other vet that did Acupressure. After a couple weeks he walked perfect again. He lived to 20 years old and still walked to the day he died. If it works on a dog it has to be real.

2 years ago I had breast cancer and the side effects from chemo has left me with arthralgia, chronic fatigue, weakness, pain and immobility. Since discovering your videos, I feel like Im healing, getting more energy and movement . I also have reduced pain. I am keen to learn so much more. Plus I love it. Thankyou so much for creating these videos for people like me all across the world in Sydney.

Same here it was 6 Years having Radiation,and I’m every Year worse!There Must be something better to boost your Immune Response?Its killing People all over the World,it makes you Life Time short! Maybe Fasting and some Sports to keep Strength will help,in a setting where a Doctor helps with doing it slow and step by step !

With my A-fib episode in progress I thought "I want something that will treat the A-fib by loosening up my chest." KZbin already "knew" I was looking up A-fib from a few previous searches. Then there was this video. Exactly what I asked "the universe" for. 🌾🥰🌾

Thank you! This was awesome! I found that the chest point on myself was very very tender, maybe I need to do these exercises several times a day. What I found inspiring was the disappearance of hip pain I was having!!! Again, thank you!

That stress point in the middle of the chest is amazing like you say from stress to vitality. Thank-you. It really makes me feel good, I now use it as general balancer and pick-me-up. My new drug of choice accupresure. :) Well the body is a walking pharmacy and has its own chemicals, hormones, pain killers anti-depressants and medicine onboard, its just learning how to access all your own natural body medicine through energy Which is key. Thank-you.

This really works. I was in chronic neck paun for 6 years. I had a doctor that learned the accupressure points he relieved pressure points on my neck and arms twice a week for 6 weeks and it completly removed the pain i had been suffering for the 6 years

I use this for people who come to me for Reflexology the thumb finger point and I've found doing it on people with epilepsy brings on a fit so there are contraindications, this point can only be done on people who have no serious problems I have used this on me and friends it works but I always check illness legal drugs, and other issues drink drugs etc, thankyou really good video

A few years back I was practicing meditation along with eating better, etc and I felt amazing. But then I ended up having to go back to my parents because I had nowhere else to go and it was stressful and i really couldn't meditate anymore. I ended up getting issues in my body because of the situation. Mostly digestive. So I been studying health and healing in all areas and am going to write a book on it.

Holy cow - I have a bunch of things wrong with my back and am so sick of medication. I was hunched over with pain today, and the meds were only taking the pain down a notch or two. Within 2 minutes of using the pain point, I had a significant decrease in the level of pain. It didn’t take it away, but it was less. Unfortunately, the pain did return not too long after, but how nice to have a brief respite. Thank you!

At first I thought you were going to say that because that chair is so old it tends to make your back ache, and I was like, "I get it - and my chair is less than one year old, despite me using pillows it still bothers me." I've been able to make it as comfortable as I possibly can, but it's not ideal. These acupressure points help a lot to relieve any aches & pains, I predict I will be using them pretty often.

Your video was very informative. Depending upon pain tolerance, I have found that I need to repeat this a few times during the day or even the next day so that I don't overdo the process. Sometimes relief is immediate sometimes it takes longer. Eventually it will be done automatically for self maintenance. Have you heard of tapping or eft(emotional freedom technique) or Ho'oponopono? Those are very effective as well.

Thank you! I have intuitively gone to those points over the years. I work in health care as a chiropractic technician (until Covid anyway). We use some of these techniques in our office. I took 1st Level QiGong a few years ago and maybe will continue for self care and helping friends and family.

first point was taught to me by an Indian MD in a small town I lived, he used it on my husband for his headache! I use it on my clients during my massage treatment
