I've watched this once without tears and that was a Mom and Daughter who kept pausing and yapping, trying to interpret what it was about so they totally missed the emotion and at the end, 'Aww this must have been personal for her. She's crying' 😑

The auto translation is incorrect when it shows "I don't need to sing it". Pau was actually letting the audience know that she'd like to sing the song by herself, and yes, she was caught off-guard.
