This is the most emotional performance I have ever seen in my life. I'm an older guy, mentally tough dude, and this song breaks me down to tears. I'm not supposed to admit such things, but I can't help but say that about this performance. Just amazing. I can't get enough of this band lately.
@MrSudeepdasАй бұрын
This is what rock is all about. You don't need 10 key changes with 30 rhythm breakdowns and 5 minute guitar solos to make a great song. You don't need a fantastic voice to reach the high 7th notes or the lower 2nd ones. All you need is a heartfelt honest poetry sung with passion to connect with the listeners.
@DougMorris71Ай бұрын
Every song they write has everything the song needs and nothing it doesn’t.

Hola amigo. The Warning nos une.

This video needs a disclaimer like: The Warning: Mega Pau-erful Emotional Content All three of the members of TW are classical trained pianists who learned how to play at a very early age. They picked up their other instruments around ages 6 or 7. Of the three of them Pu has stayed current as a pianist because she often uses the piano or a midi-keyboard plugged into er computer when composing new music.

The no words reaction feels right, ❤. We all have felt this way, wanting to feel better but that hurt won’t leave. It could be for health reasons (mental or physical), love or losing someone. It’s all there. In an interview in Spanish with Javier Paniagua, she said that piano is her favorite instrument and that she feels a closer connection with it. It was her first instrument, same for her sisters. I think she started when she was like 4, Dany and Ale started when they were like 6. She started younger than her sisters because she started at the same time as Dany.

The translation is inaccurate at the start, Pau said "Incredible to think there are 8 thousand people here to see us", not "who love us". I was there and my body completely froze as she played the very first notes to "Breath". She ripped the heart of the whole crowd out in a way that would make any Aztec or Mayan priest jealous, the whole show was a blast of high emotions. Long live Rock!

the no words reaction was really appropriate, i think. And, *COME on WORLD!!* You're sleeping on one of the most amazing talents we've ever seen in human history (not exaggerating or being hyperbolic). This should have a couple of billion views. What performance, by ANY artist, is more emotional and wonderful then these two by Paulina (Black Holes and Breathe)????? Her voice (a bit ragged) is stunningly, stunningly beautiful - - almost beyond comprehension. The two songs that she wrote are also beautiful beyond human words. This performance is clearly live, with no manipulation. Add to that her clear emotions and the amazing, supportive crowd. *SERIOUSLY, WHAT IS BETTER IN THE WORLD OF POPULAR RECORDED MUSIC AND LIVE PERFORMANCE??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????*

For those who may not know: This song was included on ERROR because the label said they needed one more. It is the last track on the album. Written by Pau & recorded by her on the out-of-tune family piano. It's described as a panic attack set to music. Pau agreed to provide "Breathe" with the understanding that she would NEVER be required - or even asked - to play it live.The album version is played during the intermission of the Teatro Metropolitan show. As far as anyone knows, this performance at Pepsi Center CDMX is the only time she has ever performed "Breathe" publicly. Odds are she will never perform it again. Sick, very likely still a bit emotional from performing Black Holes immediately before, and she just left her heart out there to say "thank you". Then 8000 people ripped out their own hearts & gave them to her.
