True and bless you! but I see both views at the same time… All time is now and so in a way we are finding the future us that already exists. Plus we are creating that person that our mind already sees :) -CryptoKids

To the *worthwhile person* seeing this, your dream is not dead. Don’t allow the past and current pains and hurts stop and define you. You’re more than a conqueror. Rise up and put yourself together. Keep pushing your future depends on it. I wish you all the best in life ❤️.

I love the "find the parallels". Everything seems so disconnected, as if it's working against each other, when it doesn't have to be that way at all. Co-operation, not competitivity.

We often overthink life but life is not complicated. We have to be present in the moment and allow ourselves to take life a day at a time. Pull yourself up and others along the way - "Love has no enemy".

We grieve the actual losses and defeats we experience in our life. I feel like then… we grieve the person we “were” going through the pain and emotions of those losses. Shedding the layers of feelings. This ethereal energy that affects us so deeply. This part of being human that we can’t physically touch, we can’t physically destroy, we can’t physically fix… We can surrender, we can trust, we can release and lift ourselves out of the denseness of emotions that hold us back 💫 By nurturing, by comforting, loving, supporting ourselves. Empowering ourselves ❣️

Holding on to the past can be a heavy burden that holds you back from experiencing the present moment fully. Letting go of what no longer serves you can be liberating and empowering. Identify what you need to release, whether it's a limiting belief or a toxic relationship. Practice self-compassion, and trust that you're making the right decision for yourself. Remember, letting go can be challenging, but it opens the door to new opportunities and growth.

Hi Jay and others on this page! - great video on a topic we all need to be reminded about....what is holding you back? I would love to hear people's thoughts on this? We all have barriers that hold us back and 'holding on' can be one of them. Practising breathwork (mindful practice) can be very helpful. Understanding someone else's emotional language and communicating in this way can be very powerful right?

The big mistake we human being make in life is when we meet someone we love. We become like we are selling a product. We intend to tell them what kind of people we are. But quite honestly I feel it's their job to figure it out what kind of wife you will be or what kind of husband you will you be. I myself I don't want to live in the environment I constantly trying to prove to someone I'm the right. It's not a guessing game. Or do you guys think it's a guessing game.

Hey I am currently reading 'Bhagavad Gita', There is line that- There is no birth of the soul, there is no death of the soul. And I have a question, they say that the soul is something that neither is created nor be destroyed. It's not evenly distributed. And also we see that the population of all living organisms is increasing than from where these souls are coming from. What's the calculation behind this?
