Wow, this was a very enjoyable video and you are an excellent story teller. Add another destination to my bucket list ...and those firearms, just a lovely matched pair anyone would be proud to own. I love the variety you bring to your channel.

That looked a lot like my old Ruger Vaquero 45LC, I had the same grips on it. I sold it when I lived in Sheridan, WY. My wife and I have been to the location of the Outlaw Cave near the Hole In The Wall, but we never made it to the Hole In The Wall. We have been to every other location you mentioned in the video, and then some. We loved exploring Wyoming in the 20+ years that we lived there. Nice video, thanks for sharing it. JT

I have done this trip 2 times. The 1st time, When I was about 33 or 34 years of age. With my wife and all four of our boys. We were with a tour type group like this. We are from NW Montana, up in Yaak. 5 miles from the Canadian Border. And, 38 miles from the Idaho state line. Furthermore, we live right at 7 miles up a dirt road in the high country… So, we are very much used to living in driving off road on a daily basis. Needless to say, Everything we own as far as vehicle go, from SUV 🚙 to pick up trucks 🛻, Are all 4 x 4… The 2nd time That we did the trip. It was just my wife and I and her sister and brother-in-law that lives down there. They live in the town of Buffalo. The second time we took our horses. Camped out for 3 days. This was right about, 8 years ago.

I love stories of the old west. I am a gun owner but I don't understand hunting beautiful animals as shown in the intro to your channel. That being said, I am fascinated with the hide outs used by cowboy gangs and, so, watched this entry. I used to live in Wyoming - Casper, Jeffrey City and Bondurant and loved the wildness and beauty of the state. Thank you for posting.

I will be spending time in the south and southwest this winter, our first long RV trip, and hope to find other neat places/stories. Would you be interested in other western stories?

Great shooting. Great video of the Hole in the wall. My wife's family were cattle thieves. Her dad said that the uncle used to steal his slow nephews'calves?? He'd ask " Why do my cows never have any calves but Uncle Bobs do ?? " 😂

Man, the carbine looks nice. I want to shoot one when I get the chance, they're as rare as unicorns in my country. Awesome video as always!

I was at hole in the wall around 1975 or 1976 don't remember exactly but it was about a year after Robert Redford was there and had released his book "the out law trail" it had pictures of the area. We went in on horseback a local rancher took us to the spot that you can get off the top to the bottom. But I remember it being closer to Kaycee. I loved it there. And still love Western history.

Would have been easier to go to green River that's where Butch Cassidy heard about the hole in the wall

Sorry, the "hole in the wall" was a notch in the rim where a horse could be brought through and the "hideout" cabin is no more.
