I had this on an old cassette since the early 80s never knowing who it was. It got transferred to another cassette, sat around a couple decades, and after finally enlisting the help of a well-known radio host I now know the composer. Holger thank you sir. I'm a very selective listener and this my friend, is among the best things I've ever heard.

Lieber Holger, der Du nun nicht mehr bist. Aber Deine Musik bleibt und bleibt! Und sie ist so originell und progressiv wie eh und je. Ähnlich wie bei den Beatles sind jetzt nur zwei Überlebende. The album title (originally 'Movies') is apt. This is cinema for your ears. He created this piece through extensive tape editing and overdubbing, yet it rises and falls and BREATHES like an organic being. Brilliant and timeless.
