i live in Buffalo and there has only been one time where it snowed 3 inches on christmas that was not lake effect because it’s more common in November when lakes are warmer, That same year it snowed so hard in October because of a hot summer, they canceled holloween

I saw Livingston county on the weather map and my heart sank. we get pounded with lake effect snow from Lake Erie so it wouldn't have been a bad idea to extend the blizzard warning to Livingston and lower Monroe county. Otherwise, extremely good video!!
