For packaged fuel I worked out that, using alt recipes, the perfect ratio is 3 polymer resin to 1 heavy oil residue. Turn the polymer resin into plastic, then into canisters, then package some water. Finally combine the packaged water and heavy oil residue into packaged fuel.

Ok so ... these Ficsmas factories are essentially going to be temporary placements because the gifts will stop after the event ends. Did I understand that correctly? I was able to complete the Ficsmas MAM tree so I don't need to produce any more resources .... I was just asking because I don't want to build the factory again .. .LOL!

Correct. Everything you make is cosmetics and or limited to the event. I maintain its wroth stockpiling fireworks though, as they are cool.
