🍮 Raspberry Chocolate Molten Lava Cake 🍮
Steps:
- Prepare ramekin bowl
- Grease the bowl with coconut oil
- Dust it with cocoa powder
- Melt the chocolate with double boiler and stir until smooth
- Whisk the egg yolks with vanilla extract and stevia for sweetener
- Pour in the melted chocolate then add cocoa powder, gluten free flour, sea salt
Raspberry filling:
- Mash fresh raspberries, add raspberry jam, and whisk until smooth
- Spoon two-thirds of the batter into a ramekin bowl
- Spoon the raspberry filling on top
- Cover with the remaining chocolate batter
- Bake at 200°C for 15 mins
- Serve and dust the warm cakes with confectioners’ sugar and fresh raspberry
