I like your hot chocolate recipe. I put almond milk or silk in mine, because my daughter and I are Lactose Intolerant. It comes out a little thicker than with water, but not as when using milk. We like it though. I can see the difference between the two, and I've made it with cows milk, but didn't taste it.
