Holiday Grocery Shopping in Menorca

Do you eat differently whilst on holiday or is it just us?! We ate out most evenings and then during the day ate in our apartment….the cans of pop added ££ to our food bill; good job I only buy it occasionally at home otherwise we’d be bankrupt 😂

We did the same breakfast and lunch in apartment and then lays crisps.and a wine whilst playing cards on the balcony and getting ready to go out dinmer in restaurant followed.by a walk then a ice cream. They were the days due to poor health i havent been able to travel for over 10 years now px

All the goodies are balanced out with the walking and all those steps you tend to do when away mind you i would still come home a few pounds heavier lol so maybe its not all offset ha ha i loved trying all the different snacks px

No wonder it cost a fortune in that shop, its a shop for tourists like hotel supermarkets crazy prices!! I live in Málaga and my favourite supermarket is mercadona. Prices have gone up everywhere but its so much more expensive in tourists areas. Like living inland there is such a price difference in restaurants than eating out down the coast. Really enjoy your videos, hope you had a great holiday! 😊

@@zoepearson86 I think that next time we’re gonna stay for longer and do a much bigger shop but when you’re there for just 6/7 days you don’t wanna be wasting stuff do ya. I love Málaga city 😊

There is a world wide shortage of kiwis which explains the price here in northern Ireland i couldnt get any and it was the man the tesco who told me ... i eat at least 1 a day so i was devasted however got them again about 2 weeks ago now px
