I stayed here last year and I enjoyed my stay. However, the cafeteria area had basic food so I sort of lived off of the grilled burger bar and jerk chicken hut. I liked the breakfast though. And, the hotel room was ok; The water in the room wouldn't get hot and the balcony door wouldn't open so we had to call maintenance. At least they fixed everything fairly quick though. The water island feature is pretty cool too. We were out touring and doing excursions pretty much the entire 4 days and rarely spent anytime in the hotel room. So, if you don't plan to stay in your room all day, then I think this is definitely a great place to go on a budget.

Yes , definitely a decent budget option to relax. Our preference was also the jerk station.

I just got back from my bd..checkin was not quick and fast..people were waiting 6 to 10 hours for a room...also i was in 5305..full of mold...ac was blowing out moldy air..black mold on the ceilings..took 2 days to move to 7th building..jerk hut was like jerk chicken was oven cooked...i asked one of the workers....shows were good..scenes and beaches were good...couch in room was spotty and dirty. Try to get in 6th 4th or 7th building...stay away from building 5.

Misleading video as beach was filled with seaweed. Also jerk chicken was not very tasty.

Sorry you had that experience, when we went almost a year a go there was no sea weed in the swimming areas and the jerk hut had the best food. Overall this hotel is below average to us, but we will do an updated review shortly.
