To be exact, it was their "Corkscrew with Bayerncurve" model, same ride as the one that was at Alton Towers and that is still at Le Ronde, so Taylor did already ride one

I can agree with that. Kennywood’s Phantom Fright Nights are recommended for 13+, but there were also kids who looked around 6 that I saw. Why would they enforce that rule, though?

Agreed. In fact the queue line is so sick and disturbing that I absouletely refuse to walk through it. Also the theming makes zero sense. Why is a coaster that's called Sky Scream themed to horror, especially zombies?

Hi Coaster Studios, You missed one really really important show at this park. They have a water ski stunt show on the lake when you go from the Star flyer to to the this ship attraction, don’t know the English terms. It’s the biggest in whole Europe and it’s something we usually watch when we go there. It is really really well made with like water and fire effects, with explosions and the artists them selve, they do some really breath taking tricks and they usually do some comedy in between too. It’s next to Expedition G-Force the second best attraction/show in the park and a must in my opinion.

My first day ever at Kings Dominion, we got last ride of the night on Twisted Timbers. As we rolled back into the station, the ride op initiated it, shouting "One more time!" We all cheered, and nobody got off. All 3 days there, the ride ops for TT were awesome!

Actually, at my homepark (movie park) in germany they always give you two rides when you do last ride of the day, but also often when the lines are very low. Also, some employees are just partying and having fun when operating coasters

if it is a very solw day you can get up to 40 rides on ge force (with up to 10 times in a row when the whater ski show is going on)

We just did a 5 day park trip including Holiday Park. And I agree mostly on what you said in the video, the park isn't big at all and on a quiet day you wouldn't be able to spend a whole day there. There were some school trips on the day we went but it was still relatively quiet. We arrived about an hour after opening time and managed to stay there till closing time, mostly because of the hot weather and the need to do the log flume and rapid again and again. The only thing that was different to your experience was how the associates are. In 1 day time, we saw 2 groups getting sent out of the queue/ride (Expedition GeForce and SkyScream) without any reason at all. We've been in that queue the whole time (so nothing happened without us seeing it) and they just got sent out of the ride. Maybe something has been said to the associates that we didn't understand, as German is not our native language. The only thing that could have happened at ExpeditionGeForce for them to get sent out of the ride was because they hadn't fastened their seat belts in time, but that would be very weird!!! In our case I would even say that Holiday Park has one of the worst associates I've ever seen in a theme park. Not just at these 2 rides, but in general they seemed to not like their job a lot. Plus we actually did get stapled on Expedition GeForce which was very painful :/ but indeed, if Expedition GeForce wasn't there I would not recommend the park.

I went to holiday park just by chance cause my host family went when I went on an exchange and ex. gforce was closed so we went on skyscream front row like 5 times and the drop tower like 10 times. pretty fun day but sad i couldnt get that credit

I know that this video is a bit older but I wanted to say some things. It looks like you completely missed their water slide which is in the kids area and very cool in my opinion. It used to be called „Teufelsfässer“ which basically means „barrels of the devil“. One very cool feature: It goes backwards! Nowadays it’s themed after a german kids show but the layout is the same. The second thing I wanted to say is that they actually do have a show. It’s a water ski stunt show on the lake which is pretty funny if you understand german. If you don’t, you can still enjoy the stunts...

Negan1024 , they got a roof 10 years after they build GeForce . One train is always in the snow during because the service for the reserve train is build out of consumer grade tents . Had loading times of over 5 minutes because an employee took a cigarette break . The incident but that’s nothing to make jokes about . But it’s my homepark , and I still love that little orange monster

I lived in mannhiem in 2012 we use to go their all time one day we went on a dead day and so me and my cousin asked the dude if could keep running the ride until we got sick or someone got in line this was on the Expedition Geforce we were in the front seat let me tell you 3 times is all you can handle lol atleast my 12 year body could you are dead on about them letting you go again.

Operations at Holiday Park are the worst. Last time they had fireworks for Halloween they had to close GeForce for it. So instead of cutting of the queue early, they were just like: "Sorry folks, it's closed for the day, sucks to be in line". And of course they only had 1 train running. I'm a local and often go there just cause I can... But they really are low budget in many ways and it shows. Their newest indoor area is really nicely themed.

Of all the parks in Germany I'd want to visit, I don't think this would be one of them. It has a cool roller coaster in Expedition G-Force and a few other cool rides but it's not enough to spend the entire day there. Also there's no way I am going on Sky Scream because of the queue line.

I visited this park on a family vacation to Germany in 1998 and I have a few odd memories. At that time I recall seeing a large number of employees that were little people. Does anyone else remember this? Is it still that way. Honestly my memory could be way off. I just remember at one point we were watching the ski show and there was a sound/control booth behind us with 4 people in it and 3 were little people.

Funny thing is that this park started out as an enchanted forest attraction. I still remember it having the little people village, something that would be unthinkable nowadays (exhibition and exploitation of people with dwarfism), but it was the 70s and times were different then. In the 80s an American G.I. set a record there on that original corkscrew coaster, I forgot how long the guy was on there but I remember it being in the newspaper and also on AFN news.

Can we just talk about how they leased part of the structure on G Force and had two cell towers installed on the lift hill supports, I mean if you work in the cellular service industry like me you would know how scary this is, the car is literally 10 feet away from the cell transmitters, when we go to work on cell towers, they have to shut down the whole tower before you can even enter the fenced off area at the bottom let alone climb to the top and be right next to the transmitters, if you search for it you can find accounts of people not properly shutting down the tower before climbing it, and within 10 minuets the workers would feel sick and dizzy, and then months later they would be diagnosed with some form of cancer, I don’t know the frequency range or power of cell towers in Germany but just imagine if the car stopped on the lift hill and you were up there for an hour or two? Just saying.
