OMG!!! Matt I am obssessed with Chappell Roan as well!!! She is freaking fabulous and I actually had the good luck to cathch her show in St. Louis, Missouri USA. Her home state. It was beyond incredible and I feel so so lucky to see her on this tour because she is blowing up! My favorite is Kink is my Karma but the live sound of California and the whole crowd singing it was tear inducing. Also if you haven't listened or watched Sir Elton John interviewing her for his podcast it is so special. Chappell Roan for all the things!!

Have a look at the benefits of using butter that is made from cows that are grass-fed. It has lower levels of saturated fats and more unsaturated fats than standard butter. Kerrygold, for example, is very tasty but there are many more.

Glad your parents are happily on holiday enjoying themselves. I love your travel videos they give a good feel of what happens on a cruise without getting pedantic. Sorry the views are not as high as past years. I also noticed more cruise videos from different channels that come up in the suggested feeds which I either ignore or select don't view this channel as I am not interested only if it is a channel I already watch, and I watch because of the people who run the channel. By the way those channels are not travel channels but are other interest focused. Just saying. I am the firm belief from experience that diet (as in nutritution) and weight gain and health are based on various factors. 1. Genetic preferences there are certain foods that genetically are more easier to digest than others and even in the same family it can be different. It is why some tolerate certain grains and some dont or even different type of the same grain. 2. Eating foods out of season consistently can cause havoc, because those foods are either flown in from a different climate foreign to ones own or are greenhouse mass grown for their whole growth cycle without the natural benefits of minerals in the soil and sunlight. 3. Highly processed foods, with manmade preservatives and additives that combined with highly processed sugars cause byproducts not digestive for humans. 4. Not cooking from scratch or if bought with basic processed foods organically sourced (As organic sourced foods are way more strictly monitored as to ingredients, so less likely to be hidden. Though #5 needs to be considered. 5. Learning what are "good" carbs, sugars, fats and additives and preservatives and what is harmful in combination. A look into the history of fads and nutrition helps too. It is important to understand that not all claims about foods are correct for you and your body though they may be for someone else. 6 Moderation. Too much of anything can lead to poor health and consequences. Butter in moderation is totally healthy as are natural found sugars in moderation. Not all oils are healthy either, and if they are overheated can be more harmful than good. Sorry for the lecture, it wouldn't have made sense. As an example my mom moved to the States after the War and her health was never good until she moved back to Germany and started eating food sourced from Europe again, she mostly ate natural, organic didn't exist as a widely known system then. Now I have 3 sources I do best with, food natural to the Southeast US pre European influence, India and Japan, all genetically 3-5 centuries back. My dad was similar to myself. Go figure. I do hope your weather e end out. Ours is also all over the place with up to 30degree F temp drops in one day. I feel like we are a goid 2-4 weeks behind schedule as in growing things, but I am in Wisconsin.
