Sodium isn't a big deal unless you are unhealthy. Most people just pee it out like everything else. Specific salt water is actually better for you than plain water because it's more in tune with your body's chemistry Too much plain water especially after exercise will cause low sodium levels. Anyway stop being so critical and negative. We are each doing the best we can. If you don't like it don't make it lol
