The thing I remember about watching DF mod was the lack of a mid-game. It went from easy to extremely difficult. lol! Don't know what it's like now. I think you should try Rebirth. I haven't seen that one at all. Lots of people have played the other one.

Regarding your next series...for me personally, I vote Darkness Falls. GNS is doing Rebirth and it is getting pretty tedious for him to complete classes and open up new tech. Not saying Rebirth is not a good choice, just giving you my opinion on your next series, as requested. Merry Christmas!
