Amazing video, as we have come to expect from the Rum Revival. I love the bottles of rum/rhum presented. I also like LIber & Co’s orgeat over the other bottles I have tried, and their demerara syrup is great as well. Matt Petrek’s book is insane- I love it. Lastly, keep up the colabs with Derek- these are outstanding. Happy holidays!

I'd love to see you try bunderberg underproof. As an Australian, it's embarrassing how well it sells. Cuban rums are my favourite.

Ive been there with the bottles from people i dont like. A bottle of Jose Cuervo and a bottle of Captain Morgan. I told them, i cant drink these but ill find a way to use them. 😅😅

I’m not big on cocktails so I tend to drink my spirits neat. Recently purchased my first rum Grander 10yr Panama toasted barrel. It’s fantastic. My question is on Rum Fire. Is that only for mixing or is it good just neat? Appreciate your content

I'll keep an eye out for the Grander. I personally use Rum Fire for exclusively mixing. I would highly recommend trying it neat to see what its all about, but it really comes alive when mixed with other ingredients.

Fantastic video, these would make amazing gifts..... FOR MYSELF. Great that you did a list on books and I do agree that Modern Caribbean Rum is probably one of if not the best book ever on rum. Would you be uploading anymore before Christmas? would love to know what rums are on your Christmas table.

Do you have a suggestion on an easily sourceable, not terribly expensive Indian rum? I'm of Indian descent and would love to try more Indian rums, but when you ask family back in India to bring you some, they refuse to as they think rum isn't a gifting liquor. So you end up with a low end blended scotch instead. I haven't even had old monk, I wouldn't mind trying it, but I don't think they sell that outside of India.

Hi There! You can actually get Old Monk here in the States. I've seen it at Total Wine. However, I'd instead keep an eye out for Amrut Two Indies. Its a blend of indian and caribbean rum. THere's also the new brand Camikara. There's a 12 year and 8 year version. I didn't really love the 12 year, but other people seem to really like it.

@@therumrevival I appreciate the response. I visit Florida often, unfortunately haven't seen old monk at total wine over here, but will take another look. Big fan of Amrut whiskey, so I would absolutely love to try their rum. No chance of any of this above the border in Canada where I actually live.
