Also--next time you're back in London do see the National Portrait Museum and The Tate Modern which has a great cafe upstairs with some of the best views of London. When you have "long London" trips also set a day to take the train to Windsor--the town and castle is exquisite. You would love it. Even the shops in the Windsor train station are lovely.

Julie Kostas I agree wholeheartedly. I'm Australian but have been to London 3 times (going for the 4th time next year). Windsor is always a highlight, such a beautiful place. We also did a tour of Eton when we were in Windsor. That was fascinating. Not a very luxurious school for the future king of England to attend.

Snore and Peace is great...I have it all the time and I have recommended it to so many people. My sister used to work near Harrods and when she bought something and her husband asked her where she got it, she would say..."Oh, the corner shop"! lol...safe journey home

You should try using City Mapper! It tells you the best route with estimated times and will even tell you what train/bus to take if you need one.

Think of the word "tree". You don't pronounce it tuh-ree. It's more like tchree. Tch as in watch, witch, itch. Waitrose is the same. Waitch-rose.
