I believe education and Healthcare are provincial AND we still pay provincial tax. They're not saying that part For example in ontario we pay 8% and 5% tax. The 5% is federal and 8% goes to ontario. Plus there's alcohol tax still. Electronic environmental tax. Not all alcohol os covered - no hard liquor and anything over 7%
