To add magnesium crystals to cream they must be dissolved first, I have a few magnesium cream videos that show you how to do this.

I added a message to last Wednesday video in comments (the hydrating bod scrub) to say this is my last Wednesday video and that i will only be posting on Monday and Friday now. I have to concentrate on my health at the moment, really sorry but if and when health improves it will go back to 3 days a week but for now just 2 days a week.
