@@ga4214 Thank you for the answer, but did you know that even good natural products can be too strong for some people’s hair in the case where it’s going to be in contact with the roots? I knew this woman using henna for making it red, it started to fall out, her (Arab) hairdresser advised her to use normal colouring products and she was saved. That was because henna was too strong for her roots.

if anyone is wondering, I have been doing a rosemary rinse ever since I tried it (I have a natural beauty book and I learned it off there!) and WOWWWW is all I can say. it REALLY changes your hair so yes it does work!! it makes my hair very very shiny (I have dark brown hair). I always hated my color because it just always looked frizzy and dull - I also have thick, wavy/curly hair. I have done a hell of a lot in hair care - I use an essential oil blend on my scalp every night (I made the blend myself), I always apply oils onto my hair (my entire haircare routine is 100% natural from shampoos to conditioners to after care). but anyway, even though my hair became incredible by changing all of that, once I tried the rosemary rinse, I have to tell you, my hair is really beautiful. its just an actual "color" now so to speak its not just dark hair. its a really nice shiny, deep brown, full of life. and yeah just super shiny. so I really recommend doing herbal rinses.....even if you already do 100% natural hair care I think this really bumps it up!!

Some things that actually helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I discontinued wearing ponytails because it causes tension breakage. (2) I started massaging my hair and scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to shield my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.

Hi ! How do you prepare the hibiscus tea in rice water ? And how do you use it ? Thanks
@TracyD2
@TracyD2 6 жыл бұрын
It’s literally hibiscus tea bags soaking in rice water for 24 hours to ferment. It’s turns into a beautiful color. I have used hibiscus powder and then strained it but I like the tea better. I want to use it with the dried whole flowers in the future. It doesn’t grow where I live so I use dried. Then after I shampoo I will rise my hair with it. Let it sit for a half hour. Rinse add conditioner. Some people use it as there final rinse and leave it in but the fermented smell isn’t that great. I’m going to use my loose hibiscus next time.

@@TracyD2 what are the benefits or properties of hibiscus tea in the hair? Where I live we have tons of it and find it in almost every store. Also, I have never seen the fresh herb sold for the same purpose, it's usually dried. I am from Nicaragua, I am really interested.

OMG I’ve just seen these comments. I buy my hibiscus flowers from mountain rose Herbs and the ground from hennasooq. It’s easy enough to find online. I simmer the rice in a lot of water then I through in 2 teabags of hibiscus and green tea blend that I found in my local market. I let it steep for 24 hours but to ferment. Strain the rice. Then after I shampoo I’ll pour the rice tea on my hair put a hair mask on top. Let it sit for like a half hour then rinse. I don’t go over board with the rice. Maybe every two weeks. It can overload the hair with protein.

Hi Sarah, I hope you'll read this. I just wanted you to know that you helped me in such a huge way. I never really leave comments on videos and I just wanted to tell you something. Im 30years old btw! a few years ago I had hair that was to my chest area, with lots of layers. I had done all sorts with my hair - as a child I had it exactly how yours looks, waist length and beyond, just beautiful. but growing up, first I was an athlete, then I started with dyes it and cuts, then let it grow and then dyed it bleach blonde (its naturally dark brown...imagine!!!!). anyway......I came across your videos four years ago. I knew a bit about natural stuff, like rose water and so on, from family. but now, I have learned so much from you. I feel armed with so much knowledge about my health. my hair is now incredibly soft, and super shiny. I can't stop touching it! haha. its waist length, super thick, and wavy. I even emailed Calia and they said they thought my hair was beautiful and would see if there was any "need" for me to work with their products as a rep. So your advice really does work, to anyone who doesn't believe. but beyond looks and hairstyles, you've given me something super special. you've cemented the importance of health, and routines. I have a green smoothie every morning. I do pampering showers everyday (even if only briefly in the water, I still do scrubs, then face oil, etc every single day), facial gua sha (though granted I learned this elsewhere) I could go on and on. basically, you've given me tons and tons of info and knowledge, about health, supplements, and powders, hair, skin, pampering etc.......and thanks to you I have the most amazing, long hair, and a really beautiful complexion. My skin looks so good that I actually get complemented when I'm out and about!! (cashiers etc) I put the work in everyday, but it was your tips and advice that got me here, four years later. thank you very much for the videos you make. please never stop. thank you so very much for all the knowledge you share.

Thank you so much! I spent a few month backpacking in Asia and the excessive sun and sea water really damaged my hair very badly, I have super fine hair, and it’s started to thin out and stop growing. I cut off my really damaged hair (about 15cm) and started using garlic on my scalp to help it, and I started using your tips too! The result is so amazing it made me cry. Really appreciate you!

I came back after trying rosmarine hair rinse and it is amazing! Just tried fast version and my hair was sooo shiny, light and finaly could comb while wet without pulling. Felt so light like after haircut and my scalp is not itchy anymore. Even my mom was saying my hair look healthier. I'm so happy i have garden with rosmarine even in winter. Your garden is my dream goal with all kind of herbs. Btw smell is only while the hair is wet, after drying it fades :)

Camomile flowers are great for an oily scalp. My hair gets greasy at the roots often so I use rosemary and camomile hair rinse in between washes. Works wonders, my hair looks great all the time xx

Do you rinse it out or leave it in? I’m thinking of making the rosemary tea and having a spray bottle to use at night and leaving it in. Would my heart be less greasy in the morning?

1:03 ~ rosemary: stimulate circulation to the scalp, promote healthy hair growth, makes *hair soft a shiny* 1:15 ~ lavender: helps balance oil production, soothes the scalp, wonderful to use for a late night shower 1:26 ~ sage: helps relieve dry itchy scalp/dandruff, be careful if you’re a blonde because it can gradually darken the hair 1:37 ~ horsetail: keeps hair strong and reduces breakage during hair growth, adds beautiful shine and luster to the hair 1:51 ~ calendula: helps soothe scalp conditions, good for dry hair 1:58 ~ parsley: adds shine and luster to the hair 2:03 ~ thyme: good for oily hair, helps scalp conditions 2:08 ~ peppermint: cooling properties that help calm an inflamed scalp, encourages blood flow circulation to the scalp If using dry herbs, use less because they’re more concentrated

I wash my hair with raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar, baking soda, tea tree oil, and peppermint oil. It's a shampoo and conditioner in one. It feels very light and free compared to using off the shelf washes and really works. 2 Tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (raw and unfiltered), 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 2 drops of tea tree oil, and two drops of peppermint oil.

Wow, you did a very good job on this video! Love the artistic style and the calming quality! Seeing your sweet puppy and the squirrel making a cameo appearance just added all the more cuteness to it! I’ve been trying an apple cider vinegar rinse to see if it will help clear build-up in my hair from the hard water. I definitely want to try rosemary with it! Will try not to be envious of your mom’s beautiful garden! 🤩 God bless❣️

Love this video 💙 Just a tip, don't put rosemary in boiling water. That will destroy the good nutrients. You can put it in warm to hot water, cover and leave it for several hours until you feel it's strong enough or better yet, put in room temperature water, cover and let sit over night or at least 8 hours.

Oh right sorry. Well for me personally the solution was quite easy. I mean the answer was easy, not necessarily the way to get there... I had extra weight so after I finally decided to do smtg about it I saw the difference. Lost about 15 kg, no more exaggerated greasy hair, oily skin, hairfall, period and thyroid problems. It's quite incredible how too much weight can disturb the body functions.
