I have always driven a '72 Monte Carlo as everyday car since '74..... and I was 19. One is a 402 c.i. Custom. in ;72 they did away with SS's, and closest thing was a MC Custom. I have all them original, and have learned to easily work on the cars when needed. No sensors to misread and replace. My Friend Pete on SWRNC says to put fuel injection on my MC Custom... but all this stuff just so it will run once again, and then when something goes wrong, I will not have a clue on what it is... Hey, I do not race, tore up my 1st MC doing that. I just need to get from Point A to Point B, so this is not a credible choice..... It is not how fast I can make it go, it is how long I can make it go, which I have learned the hard way after racing my 1st Monte Carlo and messing up the engine.

Gracias por tu comentario. Estoy de acuerdo contigo. Satanizar el carburador está siendo de moda. El motor carburado es más sencillo y práctico, y sus problemas son claros y su reparación es clara. La inyección de combustible tiene más complicaciones que soluciones. Saludos
