Maybe addressing the major issues with the Sniper product line? 8 out of every 10 we've installed has had issues that resulted in major driveability problems (keep in mind we install/tune many aftermarket systems such as Megasquirt products, terminator/hp/dom, aem, haltech, etc). We've lost thousands of dollars in labor troubleshooting issues that stem from the units themselves; sending them in multiple times, losing months on builds, and having our customers lose faith in us. We refuse to intall another Holley engine management system. I hope they realign their sights with the customer instead of corporate profits

I agree but they need to back-up all of their efi systems, not just the Sniper line. I have a Terminator X ecu that works but has internal issues that cost me 2 engines to find out. I could easily put it for sale on FB marketplace and put the money towards a system that is worth getting, but im not a low life p.o.s. You would think they would want these junk units sent in so they can repair or replace them and keep the bad ones from being circulated and costing people their hard earned money. Its pathetic they cant even send a ecu to be fixed by the UN-NAMED manufacturer. Your ecu has a problem, tough , buy a new one. Pathetic

How about a tested and failed ECU trade in credit that goes towards buying new ECU? This way you guys can keep your customers happy and your failed junk from being recirculated in the hot rod community.

Holley garbage needs to quit raising prices so frequently. Too much is made in china for such a high dollar amount. Never pass the savings on to the customers

It would be nice if Holley’s management could live up to the pledge of the mentioned customer centric approach by actually reading and acknowledging posts to Holley on the Facebook platform when customers/ consumers reach out, instead of hiding behind meaningless automated responses that shows no interest towards customer concerns. @detroitheavymetal
