shes olympic class W.L hes bodyweight is good. loose fat in weightliting isnt important... gain muscle and tonicity ...and stay under 400lbs for no loose speed !!!

Wow, what he said is the summary...I went to the gym to lose weight, I tried lifting for one day, I fell in love immediately, I have lifting for 6 months, it is the only place I am happy

But the world record holders for women's weightlifting are all big women, though. Zhou Lulu weights 309 pounds and she old a gold medal winner from China. Under all her fat is A LOT of muscle. Most of the women in the competition were plus size.
