Make you IAC adjustment after the car/truck is warmed up . When the CTS temp is 165 and higher you are good to go . Thanks for sharing

What iac, tps and throttle body are you using? I can't get my iac to adjust below 50. I've got an aluminum 5.3L on Terminator X with LS6 intake and some no-name 85mm throttle body. Replaced my ebay iac and tps with gm/ac delco sensors

take the throttle body off, remove the iac and open up the passage in the body some, read around a bit more before taking my advice, tho thats what im guess it is.

Reece there are several things, maybe by now you have got it. But I have a Holley 92mm with factory gm from a wrecking yard sensors. I would replace the sensors with genuine GM, for me it did make a difference and worth the trip to the wrecking yard.

Is there a way to stop it from idling up so high to start with? It seems to really idle high till it settles in.

Mine idles up high on start up and does not idle down. Did you find a solution?

I am not sure, I purchased the throttle body used and it was on it and i just hooked it up.

What radiator did you use on your setup

it is an aluminum 4 core that I robbed off of my 1993 S10 that was infront of a SBC. It is an aftermarket brand, pretty small, not much room. I made a bracket out of C channel to bolted it to the core support.

So first of all you need the temp at 165 , then your vacuum line on your tb is wrong , but yes everything else is legit
