Holly was AMAZING to say the least! She has such a pure voice and she has a very good ear. Her tone and pitch are on point and she really knows how to tell the story. Being a singer myself and having sang on the same stage she has done really well. Its great she came back this year and got more training because it has really paid off for her. There are BIG things coming her way ;-D

I think Fox becomes more lenient when the contestants are eliminated, my guess is that they arrange these interviews prior. I think Live with Kelly features each eliminated contestant this year, at least Colton and Elise was on the show. Hollie was even on the Today Show on NBC. Its actually smart not to have pure exclusivity to contestants. Those who watch ABC or NBC and hear these contestants sing are more likely to tune into American Idol the coming week. But again just a guess
