My wife and I just ran up on your channel a couple of days ago and now and I can’t stop watching and learning so much. We live on 10 acres in middle Ga. Been trying every once in a while to have a Garden but just getting serious since the latest crisis. I have forgotten the old ways my grandparents lived and never wasted anything. We are looking forward to putting this stuff into action . We also love the way both of you give Thanks to our Lord and Savior!!

Wow, Nancy, your videos are professional level! Such calming beauty while gathering the fresh ingredients; heartwarming stop to give Bing Bing some water; the information and tips on screen, and the beautiful way you prepare your table and serve the food! I'll bet that with all those ingredients, that sauce has a rich complex flavor that is just heaven. Thank you very much! Happy Mother's Day! 💐 (I wasn't able to have children, but friends text me a Happy Mother's Day for my "furry four-legged kids", my two cats! Still counts!).

I think this is my favorite video so far. The peace and serenity of your homestead is wonderful, and it seems like you are living in your very own Garden of Eden. So far this week I have a tomato, a vigorous jalapeno bush, and high hopes for a ginger root and some mixed lettuces. Small start, but I will persevere. Bless you two and also Bing Bing.

I enjoy your videos so much. They give me encouragement to keep working towards my dream. I hope and pray someday to have a little homestead...for now though, we must keep working at a jobs we both dislike, but we know that in God's own time and with our hard work we will get there. Your videos have shown me how to grow...I'm enjoying my first tomatoes and peppers and find so much pleasure and peace in my tiny container garden. It is my church...where I feel closest to God. It's small, it's humble, but it offers so much to me. You have played such a huge part in this. Thank you so very much for sharing your knowledge, your encouragement and your lives. May God continue to bless you both.

Nancy here, we used to pray for a nice homestead when we lived in a small home in the city. Look at our 1st videos. We both working hards for years and being very frugal. If God can bless us He can bless you too. With God all things are possible. Lord we pray for you to abundantly bless them and their dream of a homestead. Keep encouraging and strengthening them. We claim a homestead for their future in Jesus name. Amen

@HollisNancysHomestead
@HollisNancysHomestead 2 жыл бұрын
You have to follow National Center for Home Food Preservation tested recipe for canning. Even though all my research says it can be left out left out in dark place for several months due to ph level, I like to make absolutely sure and put it in fridge usually and it last for about 3-6 months if stored properly. Usually we use it up way before that. Enjoy
