What a beautiful massive harvest of peppers! Wow! Love the jar that you fermented the garlic in - so pretty. Also that tiny jar with the flowers in it - I had asked about that previously and wound up buying a set for myself. My mouth is watering - I so wish I could taste that sauce. Absolutely love how you include specific safety information, so that people don't think you can just pop food in a jar and store it for a long time without taking precautions. You're amazing Nancy! Thanks for sharing all these recipes with us! Good health and happiness to you and your family!

Thank you SO much for the instructive nature of this video, Nancy! I was definitely taking notes! My cayenne and habanero peppers are FINALLY starting to ripen, so I'm excited to try my hand at making my own hot sauce! I just have to say it again! You and Hollis are such an inspiration to me! I absolutely love gardening, but I live in a small manufactured housing community and have to grow everything in containers. As such, your container videos have been invaluable to me! Some day my husband and I hope to have a homestead of our own! Can't wait for your fall videos! Thank you for sharing!
