I heard this song in an acoustic Spotify playlist and completely fell in love with it. Surprisingly enough, it made me think more about an inner battle with myself and the two sides to a personality; struggling to love yourself while feeling "hollow" and broken. This just goes to show how great music can connect to anyone in so many different ways. As a singer/songwriter and as a listener, thank you Belle Mt for keeping beautiful music alive in this world and for inspiring me with your talent. Keep it up:)

I've heard this song so many times and I just can't get tired of it. It helps me understand myself every time I hear it. I've always felt so lonely. But I get now, that it is my choice because it's where I feel the safest and comfortable. Pain is easy to take because I know what to expect from it. Happiness doesn't feel real, at least not always (and there are too many emotions to it that I don't know how to deal with). This song made me realize that even though I feel like this, maybe some other person doesn't see me just like this. Maybe I'm not just hollow and shallow. But though some people may say that they see more to me, my heart doesn't fully believe it. Still, I'm very grateful that this song exists. It's a masterpiece. It's sad, but it's truthful. It feels good for being able to relate to something. Because these lyrics probably were inspired by someone. If not...it still amazes me. Also, there are other people who openly stated that they feel the same way. Music has so much power and I'm glad to know that there are some people who still understand the concept of it. Emotions are the craziest thing ever. So complicated, so difficult. For someone to be a good musician, I think it kind of has to accept them. Thank you for this!
