Hollow Knight - All Radiant Bosses (Hall of Gods)

Amazing experience, I really enjoyed this dlc content. Absolute Radiance was the boss that took me the most to beat. I think it has lots of RNG elements, but at the same time is a very fun fight, unlike Markoth's (my opinion)
I'm loving the Godmaster DLC, it added a lot of hours to my playtime, and since this is my favorite game, that's a super plus to me. Also, I'm liking the challenges and the opportunity to fight the most magnificent bosses of this DLC.
Pure Vessel and Sisters of Battle felt amazing, I would say they became my two favorite bosses in the whole game regarding of how the fights go.
I'm aware my fights are not super optimized, and some are done in a very simple way, but I had fun doing it like that anyways.

I mostly used Shaman Stone, Quick Slash, Unbreakable Strenght, and either Mark of Pride or Soul Eater (depending on whether I used mostly physical attacks or spells against the boss). For the collector I used a pet/soul gain charms build along Grubberfly's Elegy. There might be a couple of small variations in certain bosses, but almost unnoticeable.

@@mryjunior9391 If you beat them all in attuned, if I recall correctly, you receive an entry in the journal and the "statue" of the idol looks differently, I'm thinking like the regular like in his shade version (so not the big void transformation), so its different for each, attuned, ascended and radiant. @@user-nh7cy1vm2i no, you don't have to beat the 5th pantheon, but you have to reach Absolute Radiance at least once in order to unlock her in the Hall of Gods. She is the last boss of the 5th pantheon.

Man, I finished this like a week ago, and it felt so good. Especially the Watcher Knights, those guys were the hardest by far, because im not good at dealing with two guys that are jumping and bouncing all around the arena. I used different charm setups for some bosses, like Markoth, Sly or Hornet 2, because y'know, I wanted to beat those fast, because I didn't like them. Doing all Radiant bosses is a great experience, and its also really satisfying... except some bosses.

I’m currently attempting this myself. I’m starting with the bottom row, I’m at Nosk, now, and so far it’s been really fun, except for Lost Kin. He’s really close to being fun, but he just feels a bit too random for me to get him consistently. Also, the randomly spawning infections balloons really suck lmao.

Good luck on this amazing journey! Not sure if you do, but Descending Dark is one of the best tools, especially for a boss like Lost Kin. He can be kinda hectic, but I think is a fair fight, and also a really fun one. Markoth on the other side... most people dislike that fight, including me, so once you get that one out of your way, all the other fights will click eventually. I keep getting caught by his unpredictable bounces everytime, mostly when he teleports to the side I'm camping on (left). - How do you deal with Xero? He seems really simple, but the returning blades can be really difficult do dodge, do I just need to be patient with the strikes? - Lastly, what about Markoth? I bet you've seen this coming. I mostly fall to my death or het hit by his shield (at least in fase 1).

@@BeykPL - About Marmu, the best you can do, it's try to time Descending Dark (down spell), and abuse that as much as you can. Use shaman stone so you deal a lot of damage with your spells, killing Marmu quickly. - Regarding Xero, yeah, the best thing is to dodge, not much I can actually recommend, it's difficult to evade the swords, but with practice I feel you will get the hang of it. - Markoth... this is a difficult one, probably the second hardest boss to do in Radiant besides Absolute Radiance, but definitely the most annoying one. Unlike how I fight him in this video, a more consistent strategy wuld be to do dash slash (the nail art) whenever his shield stops spinning, and also you can use Shade Should (side spell), but this one is definitely going to be annoying, and unpleasent, at least from my personal perspective. I know the tips I gave you are kinda vague, but hopefully the give you an idea and mindset to accomplish. Take care, and let me know if you happen to have any other question.

I agree with Xero advice, I can't really do much if all he does is throw nails and float along 1 axis xD Markoth is a really difficult one, but I'm sure that if I try enough I'll eventually be able to dodge and move well enough to actually beat him.

Radiant Markoth is the only one I personally didn't enjoy, I dislike that fight a lot. All the other ones I enjoyed doing them a lot. Radiant Pure Vessel is a beautiful fight, probably my favorite fight in the whole game. Good luck with your journey!

Damn, took me like 25hrs already to beat 4 pantheons and every boss on radiant except Absolute Radiance. That shit will probably forever be missing. I've beaten her once on attuned. But that took me like 4 hrs, no way I'll ever do that on higher difficulty or at the end of Pantheon 5. So, still 4 years later, respect to you for beating it!

It's strength, shaman, mark of pride, quickslash, though more optimal would be the same build with steady body as well for better DPS in the air and on enemies that take knockback, or wayward compass to guide the knight to victory.

The biggest tip to me is to learn how to use descending dark properly. Amazing spell due to i frames. Besides that, it would be mainly practicing and become aware of every movement they do. In my video you can see what I do to each of their attacks, although adding descending dark could improve those fights exponentially, since I have improved and learned a lot since I uploades this video.

I would recommend for NKG, to have Mark of Pride, Soul eater, and Quick Focus. And anything else you can fit. These will give you extra range to stay safer, lots of soul for spells and healing and the ability to heal even when he isn't staggered.

Hi there! You need to go into 5th pantheon and face mantis lords (they will become sisters of battle), once you fight them at least once, you can hit the statue located at the halls of gods, which will change the battle of mantis lords to sister of battle. Good luck! 😁👍

Not sure how precise the hitbox/hurtbox is, but the lance goes through the cape after watching it at 0.25 speed. I'm assuming during dash, the hurtbox did not meet the hitbox in this instance.

What was your Charm build through most of that

I mostly used Shaman Stone, Quick Slash, Unbreakable Strenght, and either Mark of Pride or Soul Eater (depending on whether I used mostly physical attacks or spells against the boss). For the collector I used a pet/soul gain charms build along Grubberfly's Elegy. There might be a couple of small variations in certain bosses, but almost unnoticeable.

How do I open the door of Radiace?

You need to reach Absolute Radiance on the 5th pantheon at least once. You don't need to beat her, but you need to get to her (she is the final boss of the Pantheon of Hallownest). Once you do that, go back to the door, and it will open, allowing you to fight against her on the Attuned and Ascended difficulties. If you beat her in Ascended, as with any other boss in the hall of gods, it will unlock the Radiant difficulty.

You have to reach the final boss of Pantheon of Hallownest (5th pantheon), which is Absolute Radiance (noticeable stronger version of Radiance), you dont have to beat it to unlock her in the Hall of Gods, just reach her at least once.
