Something I noticed is how the background color can change depending on the boss. For Xero and Soul Master, the background for both bosses is blue because you fight them in the Resting Grounds and City of Tears respectively. And for Grimm, his background is red because of the red tent you originally fight him in. That is incredible attention to detail!

There was a time where I was not interested in Hollow Knight because the lore was so confusing. Now I'm eager to get a Switch and awaiting the physical release of this game. Wish I had the Switch now and I had Hollow Knight, but I'm lagging behind several years and I still have the 3DS. ;x;

Etendo 93 That's good, but man with the game being only $15 and this good, I really wish there was a voluntary option to pay whatever additional amount you want. That way people with money who really liked the game can pay a lot more if they want, and people who have a tight budget can easily afford this amazing game at $15. This could actually be a honest business model, but it would only work for an amazing cheap game, and only a team who's confident in their game would dare to try it.

Cody D. I did buy it for a couple of friends on Steam. I also have it on Switch (which is actually the copy I played). I just wanted to pay more for that single copy I played, the people I bought it for would have bought it themselves anyway once they realized how good it is or if I had recommended it. Anyway, it's fine, gifting to people who weren't going to buy it, recommending to people who may buy it, and buying for yourself on multiple platforms are all good alternatives, thanks for the suggestions. I'll probably give away a few Switch physical copies if/when they release.
