My first time ever into deepnest I wondered a bit too far, and I found myself, I was so curious and fascinated, so I kept following it until I got so close that it ran away. Being lazy, I just superdashed and heard locking, and before I knew it I saw myself turn into a disturbing and distorted creature named "Nosk", I lost very quickly the first time, and somehow managed to beat him the second time. But it was very scary.

WTF how the hell did I miss this... I'm already at the end of the game and I still haven't gotten the dark cloak or this train pass well thank you because I have a full memory of this whole area so this shouldn't be hard... I still can't believe I missed that!

So I didn’t watch the whole thing, to my folly. I watched up until he revealed the secret entrance and did the rest myself. LITTLE DID I KNOW. My entire thought process during the whole adventure: “CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP. WHOSE IDEA WAS THIS?!? Crap... okay I’m good no- CRAAAAPP CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP!!! Okay... I should be close now. WTF ARE THESE FREAKING FLYING SHRIMPS CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP” Several deaths and much cursing later: key found, heading back to the land of easy enemies. It’s only then that I decided to watch the rest of the video... and hence make this comment

DON'T IGNORE THE ENEMY'S I made the mistake of ignoring them, getting the trainpass, and then getting swarmed and killed, just take them out one at a time and then you don't have to be swarmed.

Wait is the water in fungal wastes safe or did you have Isma’s tear? I’m trying to get the dream nail as soon as possible so I’m trying to get into deepnest to get the tram pass because I don’t know how to get past the door blocking Watcher’s Spire in City of Tears. I only have moth wing cloak or whatever it was, and mantis claw, and I haven’t gotten past the first soul warrior in the soul sanctum.

Great video as always but I will say that what you don't mention is all those enemies you told us to just skip past follow us and are waiting at the top of that room after pick up the tram pass. Yikes. I had to fight off 3 of them at once and they kept spitting there little crawly ones into the room. Barely made it out.

Facts about hollow knight: you have to buy the most important things, stag stations, some benches, 3/4 mask shards, and the lumafly lantern
