Fun fact, the hollow knight screaming during the boss fight isn't actually the hollow knight himself. He is completely silent like the knight is. The screaming comes from the radiance inside of it. The more you damage the hollow knight, the easier it is for the radiance to seep out and it screams more. It even sounds similar to the actual radiance scream when you challenge it inside of the hollow knights dream. I love the small details that team cherry adds like that

There is floor lore in this game. Team cherry is amazing at small detales. Backgrounds just make sence.

There is also a Parry in Hollow Knight. It's just slash at the opponent attack at the right time kinda like Sekiro's deflect. But what I like about The Parry in Hollow Knight is that it's all accumulated into one Attack button. Attack up, Pogoing, Attack left, Attack right, Charge up a Nail Art. The simplicity into one button can give you a variety of ways to master the movement.

side note, i love how hallownest vocalized doesnt speed through monomon's poem. i feel not only was it probably best for pacing, and that its really cool having it fade out before "as they had never dreamed" is read out, but most importantly i like it because it feels reflective of the fact that players are probably not going to speedread the entire thing themselves and digest the fact that it was written by a character named monomon. like why bother reading the rest if you either probably wouldnt have reached it anyways, or wont remember it by the time she comes up again later lol

That feeling when you spent 400 hours and beat all of the bosses in the godhome on radiant difficulty (hardened boss and you have 1 hp eg. markoth simply has no floor) and 5th pantheon wih all bindings (all bosses in a row hardened and bindings let you have 4 max masks 1 soul charge make your nail deal almost no damage and not letting you use any charms) yeah I have never touched grass in my life. And yeah when you said that silksong will come out I laughed like crazy because everyone knows it NEVER gonna come out

Fun Fact Nosk is important because when you first fight it he looks like you but when you go too Godhome it is Hornet showing that The Knight has thought of Hornet that means you can no longer do the ending that you become the Hollow Knight
