That moment of connection between the Pale King and the Hollow Knight is what doomed Hallownest.

or maybe even when he looked back after climbing the Abyss. Something truly empty and thoughtless wouldn't care to look back. The poor Hollow Knight was doomed from beginning and the King, knowing the future, also knew this. The King wanted his kingdom to last forever- he knew what would happen to everyone in it. So he vanished, locked himself away. He didn't want to watch.

I recently beat the Path of Pain for the first time myself! (it took me around 4 hours across several days) After beating it, it was extremely enjoyable to just sit there relaxed, while eating my sushi and watching someone else suffer through that level :D

Probably won’t see this as I am a few months late but the hatchlings get a wee upgrade when defenders crest is also equipped as well the flukewarm charm has a reaction to the defenders crest too

I did it without hiveblood. I used deep focus and grubsong and grubberflys elegy (more grubsong soul). This let me gain soul to heal as fast as I lose health. Didn’t have to wait for hiveblood ;) Also good luck on pantheons if you intend to do those.😅

One thing I would recommend about improving your fight style is your tendency to heal whenever you get damaged, and using minions, I would recommend not to do that as often and concentrate on improving your nail and soul abilities. :)

Well, Grubsong is really helpful in a minion built, as Weaverlings will give you soul when hitting stuff ​@@DewbiDoo

DewbiDoo, if you want to use minions built, equip defender crest. It combines with glowing wobm and make them powerful Also, grubsong makes spiders to earn soul by attacking

PoP took me less than one hour. Fungal Wastes without dash took me 2.5 hours. Crystal Peak without dash took me 4 hours

Well , in the Royal Waterways , there's a breakable wall in the room under the bench room , after killing some fat flukes that deal double damage (yay...) , there's a new zone call "Junk Pit" in there lays a cocoon that needs a simple key to be opened.

If it makes you feel any better, it took me two days to complete white palace ( i play on the laptop keyboard) and i wont even attempt path of pain because I am not that big of a masochist as of yet. Also lets just say that it would've been literally impossible without hiveblood and grubsong

How does one struggle on normal Radiance? I struggled more on AbsRad.

It makes sense, the first time you fight Radiance it's going to be hard. Then you fight hundreds of times against AbsRAd and realize that Radiance is a joke. She'll get there eventually
