It's not gonna be any harder than this. The part that sucks the most is the start, where you have to deal with not having any mobility. Once you get all the jumps and dashes, it's just like any other enemy randomizer playthrough. The pantheons will be easier than normal, so what's even the point

An interesting idea would be a randomizer where all enemies are randomized, but their randomized counterpart is always what they are So as an example you could get really lucky and have Primal Aspids replaced by Maggots. Or you could get destroyed if every single Tiktik or whatever is the radiance

The kicker is that Skurry got up there on the first try, left because he needed money to get the Simple Key, but he could have set a Dreamgate and not had to go through all that. *edit* - I just want to add that I probably would have done the exact same thing, I tend to forget I have Dreamgates.
