Merg, Glad to see you're trying out mods and best of luck with them. Enemy randomizer is very unstable and can cause problems. Some gauntlets, a number of dream bosses, and the Colosseum of Fools can have their scripting break requiring to save/quit or use the no clipping feature to get around them. It can also make certain rooms in the Path of Pain virtually impossible to clear. It's one of the most entertaining mods to try though. As a side note, Radiance showing up isn't worth fighting because it doesn't have the scripting from the actual fight (once you hit her enough to have her fly up for the platform phase there's nothing else to do). However, the Hollow Knight can also appear in certain rooms. Killing him will allow you to beat the game, as with Enemy Randomizer the Hollow Knight in the Black Egg will become a different enemy and the scripting will break. Room Randomizer automatically randomizes items too (in your first run the Fury of the Fallen chest became a geo chest). It becomes very chaotic to find your way, particularly due to soft locks in the early game requiring benchwarp to get you out of it. You really want to map things as you go. You also want to hope for good RNG with movement abilities - my first run took eight hours to find the mantis claw and that required some interesting things to get around.

Great video, Merg! Those weird bouncy Greenpath enemies were Mossy Vagabonds. They show up around the Moss Prophet in an area between Greenpath, Queen's Gardens, and Deepnest. I think they were already dead from the infection when you found them in your playthrough.

I’m not an expert but I think the stretching/squashing is the game trying to force the randomised sprites to fit in the hit box of the enemy that’s meant to be there? It might be doing that to prevent really large enemies to be in tiny corridors where they wouldn’t fit.
